A consultation request or booking through our website does not itself constitute a binding engagement. Formal engagements begin upon signed acceptance of an engagement letter or written proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities

4. Fees & Payment

Our work is carried out in line with applicable Nigerian regulatory and professional standards, including those of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and relevant statutory bodies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IBMA Konsult's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics and branding — is the property of IBMA Konsult and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable engagement letter, subject to payment for work performed up to the termination date.
